Our Role
We are active operating partners and look to make acquisitions where our investment professionals and corporate network can add value post transaction. SG's objective is to find companies where we can work with management to serve as a catalyst to grow earnings. We typically find this in niche market leaders with growth opportunities or non-performing businesses with a strong and diversified customer base.
Adding Value
SG assists management in improving strategy and operations, recruiting key personnel, financing growth, and executing acquisitions. In short, SG reduces our portfolio company's execution risk and maximizes shareholder value.
Investment Capacity
SG is privately held and has the ability to move quickly to close transactions requiring up to $150 million in equity capital.
Closing Certainty
SG is often able to close transactions without financing contingencies.
