Stripes Group makes minority investments in rapidly growing, profitable companies and buyouts of niche market leaders.  Stripes Group has the capacity to invest $150 million of equity in any one company.  We will not put our capital at risk unless we have conviction that Stripes Group is uniquely qualified to help management achieve bold operating goals.  This fundamental investment principle makes us very selective in our pursuit of new investments.  We expect to make two to four new investments every year, which allows us to focus and support our portfolio companies to maximize our investment returns.
