We provide resources and active support to help management succeed. SG prefers to be the lead and first institutional investor. We will partner with other private equity firms with whom we have relationships. As active partners we understand how to be helpful while letting management run the business.
Adding Value
SG assists management in developing strategic direction, recruiting key personnel, financing growth, executing acquisitions, and preparing the company for a successful exit. In short, SG reduces our portfolio companies' execution risk and maximizes value.
Investment Capacity
SG seeks to invest between $10 to $150 million of equity capital per transaction. Larger financings are completed with our network of investment partners.
Closing Certainty
SG is able to close transactions quickly and without financing contingencies.
