Stripes’ History with Perimeter

After introducing Perimeter to USA.Net, a top-rated hosted eMessaging provider, Stripes partnered with Goldman Sachs and Bessemer Ventures to fund Perimeter’s acquisition of USA.Net in 2007. Since then, Stripes has been actively engaged in sourcing, screening and evaluating potential acquisitions, as well as supporting Management’s execution of key strategic initiatives.
