Prior to joining Stripes, Reshma was a Techonology, Media and Telecom specialist at Deutsche Bank. During college, Reshma led a case-based program of social entrepreneurship for underprivileged adolescents in the slums of Mumbai, which she developed under the guidance of Duke professors and a Sr Economist for the White House Counsel of Economic Advisers. The program received full grant funding and enabled students within it to develop business plans, pitch and launch local small businesses with seed capital. Since moving to New York two years ago, Reshma has been an active volunteer with StreetWise Partners, a career mentorship non-profit for low income individuals.
Reshma grew up in India and Indiana and a love of art history has led her travels to more than 20 countries. While Reshma finds digital media extremely interesting professionally, she has a ton of nostalgia for print, subscribing to more than a dozen magazines and can often be found in bookstores or coffee shops behind a novel. Reshma loves cooking and anything outdoors, especially swimming and hiking.
