Background

Ron is an Operating Partner with Stripes Group, primarily focused on evaluating and supporting Branded Consumer Products and Consumer Technology Businesses.

Ron currently serves as a Director and Senior Advisor to Activision Inc., a leading worldwide developer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and leisure products. He was President of Activision from 1998 until December 31, 2005. He was also Chairman of Activision Publishing, Inc., the Company’s only direct operating subsidiary, from June 15, 2005 until December 31, 2005 and was Chief Executive Officer of Activision Publishing, Inc. from March 28, 2002 through June 14, 2005. Ron joined Activision in 1998 from ConAgra Foods, Inc. where, for three years, he served as President of the Hunt-Wesson snack food division. Prior to this, Ron worked at the Procter & Gamble Company for 13 years.

Education

Ron holds an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree in economics from the Hogere Economische School of Arnhem in The Netherlands.
