Brigitte is an Operating Partner of Stripes Group focusing on branded consumer opportunities, with particular interest in lifestyle brands across fashion, apparel, beauty, health and wellness. She currently is a board member for Stripes’ portfolio company, Reformation.
Brigitte has been an executive at some of the world’s most renowned fashion companies, where she has consistently nurtured brands while driving top-line revenue growth and profitability. Prior to joining Stripes, Brigitte served as the first President of Tory Burch for 10+ years and led the company through a period of unprecedented global growth and profitability, with sales increasing from $2 million in 2005 when she joined the company, to over $1 billion in 2016. She also previously served as President of Women’s Collection for Michael Kors and President of the Americas for Alexander McQueen. Brigitte started her career at Donna Karan, where she worked for more than eight years and, in her last role with the company, served as President of International & Licensing doubling the division’s operating revenues and increasing the licensing royalties by 85% under her leadership.
Brigitte lives in New York City with her husband Robert, son Luca, and dog Riley. Brigitte enjoys anything outdoors that keeps her active including: hiking, swimming, gardening, skiing, etc. Home renovation projects are a passion. Her favorite project to date was restoring a historic barn and farmhouse in Connecticut where she spends most of her weekends with family and friends.
