Joe is responsible for sourcing across Stripes Group’s industry verticals, with a particular interest in consumer brands, technology-enabled marketplaces, and SaaS businesses. Additionally, Joe provides business development and operational support for Stripes’ portfolio companies, and conducts thematic industry research to help identify potential investments that leverage emerging technology and market trends.
Prior to joining Stripes Group, Joe was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and helped Fortune 500 executives on strategic topics including e-commerce, customer acquisition, pricing, and digital marketing. Before joining McKinsey, Joe interned at CB Insights as one of their earliest research analysts, where he was introduced to the exciting tech investment landscape while learning from exceptional startup founders.
Joe was born and raised in suburbs near Los Angeles, and is a passionate fan of the Lakers, USC Trojans football, and Philadelphia Eagles. He is eager to take calls if the Lakers ever need a new general manager. He enjoys eating breakfast burritos at any time of the day and trying new IPAs.
